Chris Lewis is a 1995 graduate of Idabel High School in Idabel, Oklahoma. He started his career in fast food management at the age of 15. He later enrolled in Platt College in Oklahoma City where he graduated in 2006 with an Associated of Science degree in Culinary Arts. He also received a ACF certification. He has studied under some of the greatest chefs in the country such as Rob Ferris, Chip Sears and Michael Varnell. Chris's specialties are meats, sauces and "good ol' homecookin".
Chris has moved to Pampa with his daughter, Crystal, who is a student at Pampa High School. Chris
